Straight to the clothes

How your order travels

We do not run the till, so we do not run the van either. Here is who does, and where to look when you want to know about a parcel.

Who sends the parcel

Our retail partner. They hold the stock, pack the box and hand it to the carrier. The delivery options, the cost of them and the estimated date all come from them, and they are shown on the piece page and again at checkout before you commit to anything.

That is also why we quote no delivery times here. Any date we printed would be a guess about somebody else’s operation, and it would be wrong for half of you.

Where to look for it

The order page you get after buying. Carrier updates land there, and the partner sends them on by email as the parcel moves. That page is live; anything we could tell you would be a day old and second hand.

What we can tell you

The garment side of it. Whether a shell packs down small enough for a day bag, how much room a knit takes, whether a dress arrives folded in a way that needs a steam before you wear it. Ask us that on write to the cutting table and we will answer properly.

If something arrives wrong

A missing box, a damaged one, or the wrong piece in it: raise it with the partner from the order page, because they are the ones who can act on it. If the piece itself is the problem rather than the delivery, when the fit comes out wrong covers what happens next.

Before you order

The weather tags and the fit notes are there to keep the box from coming back at all.
