What we agree on
Nothing unusual here, and no long paragraphs designed to be skipped. Using the site means you are happy with the following.
What this site is
A catalogue of the pieces we cut, with our own notes on them, and links out to the place they are sold. It is not a shop and it takes no payment.
Prices and availability
Every price and every stock note here is a snapshot from when we last built the pages, and we say as much next to the figures. What counts is what the partner shows at the moment you buy. A piece can also go out of stock or off the rail entirely between our builds.
Links out
The buy buttons lead to our retail partner. Their terms govern the sale, the payment, the delivery and the return. We are not a party to that contract and we cannot act inside it.
What belongs to whom
The writing, the sorting and the design of these pages are ours; take them for your own site and we will ask you to stop. The product photographs come from the listings of the pieces themselves. Brand names elsewhere on the page belong to whoever owns them.
Where our responsibility ends
We write these pages carefully and we correct what we find wrong, but we cannot promise that every line on every page is right. A fit note is our honest reading of a garment, not a guarantee about your body. Decisions you make on the strength of what we write stay yours, and our liability is limited to what the law will not let us exclude.
Changes
The rail changes as we cut new pieces and retire old ones, and these terms change with it. The version on this page is the one that applies. We do not keep an archive of previous ones.
