Write to the cutting table
There are two addresses and a person on the end of both. Write about the clothes and you will get a proper answer.

It is a working room with a cutting table in it, not a shop. There is nothing on rails to try on, nobody at a counter, and a parcel sent here will not be a return. Returns go to our retail partner, whose page you bought from.
What we can answer
How a piece runs against your usual size. What the fabric does after a wash. Whether a shell holds up in real rain or only in a shower. Which section to look in for a particular kind of day. Whether two pieces sit well together.
If you tell us your height and the size you normally take, the answer gets a lot more useful.
What we cannot answer
Anything about an order. Where the parcel is, when it arrives, what was charged, how to send something back: all of that sits with our retail partner, because the purchase happened on their side. Their order page has it, and their own help desk can act on it. We cannot see your order at all, so writing to us only adds a day.
How long we take
Usually a working day or two. We are a small team and we answer in the order the mail arrives. If your question is urgent and it is about an order, go to the partner first.
While you wait
The size and fabric notes on each piece answer most of what people write in about.
