We cut this mini skirt with dense rows of layered sequins stitched over a fine glitter mesh base. The pencil profile sits close through the hip and finishes above the knee. Inside, an integrated pair of stretch knit shorts provides full coverage beneath the outer shell.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Layered sequin mesh
The outer shell uses small pink sequins stitched in overlapping rows across a fine glitter mesh ground. The surface catches direct light across the face of the fabric.
Integrated knit shorts
We lined the piece with built-in stretch jersey shorts sewn directly into the interior waist. The underlayer stays flush against the legs to keep the outer hem sitting cleanly.
Stretch pencil waist
The waist is cut on an elastic core that pulls on without zip hardware or side closures. It holds the close pencil cut flat across the hip and seat.
Inside out care
Turn the skirt inside out before hand washing in cool water to protect the stitched sequin edges. Lay the skirt flat to dry and do not bleach or press with an iron.
