We cut this oversized pullover from a fleece backed knit with soft stretch and a brushed interior. The chest carries floral applique lettering across the light pink base. Ribbed bands finish the collar, wrists, and bottom edge to hold the shape against repeated wear.

What went into it

The details we cut in

Crew neckline and shoulders

The ribbed crewneck sits flat against the collarbone without pulling. We dropped the shoulder seams down the arm to give the chest extra ease and allow room for a base layer underneath.

Fleece backed knit

We chose a cotton blend jersey with a fuzzy brushed fleece interior. The knit has natural crosswise give and holds loft through the cold months without feeling heavy on the body.

Applique chest lettering

The Auntie lettering is built from floral fabric appliques stitched directly onto the light pink fleece ground. Each character is outlined with dense embroidery so the edges stay flat after washing.

Cuffs and hem bands

Ribbed trim frames the cuffs and lower hem, gathering the sleeve volume at the wrist. Wash this piece separately in cool water, skip the bleach, and dry flat to keep the fleece soft.
