We cut this sleeveless layer from high-pile sherpa fleece with a dense, fuzzy surface inside and out. The front closes with a full-length zipper up to a stand collar that stays upright against a draft. It drops straight through the torso to settle past the hip with plenty of room for heavy knitwear underneath.

What went into it
The details we cut in
High stand collar
The collar stands tall around the neck to trap heat without binding. You can leave the metal zipper open over a collared shirt or pull it all the way up under a cold morning wind.
Purple green print
The geometric western pattern runs across the fuzzy sherpa face in saturated purple, dark green, and muted contrast bands. The print breaks evenly across the front seams and aligns cleanly along the zipper track.
Deep front pockets
Two open patch pockets sit low on the front panels. We cut them deep enough to warm cold hands or hold a phone and keys securely while you are out on a walk.
Care and wash
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle to keep the high-pile fleece from matting. Turn the vest inside out before washing, zip the front closed, and line dry flat away from direct heat.
