We cut this pullover with a generous body and a dropped shoulder seam. The knit is backed in brushed fleece for cold mornings. Across the front, we stitched the lettering flat into the brick red ground so it holds its shape through the wash.

What went into it

The details we cut in

Crewneck and shoulders

The neck is bound in ribbing that lies flat against the collarbone. We dropped the shoulder seams down the arm, giving the chest and upper sleeve room to move without pulling at the collar.

Brushed fleece interior

The outer face is smooth knit cotton-blend, while the reverse is lofted fleece. It traps warm air close to the body and adds structure to the relaxed silhouette.

Ribbed cuffs and hem

Wide ribbed bands finish the wrists and bottom hem. They gather the volume lightly at the hip and hold the sleeves when pushed up toward the elbows.

Wash and care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or wash by hand. Wash separately without bleach, then lay flat or line dry to keep the fleece backing soft.
