We cut this oversized pullover with a standing collar that unbuttons to lie flat across the collarbone. The fabric is a brushed cotton and polyester fleece with substantial weight. Long sleeves end in wide ribbed cuffs that hold their place when pushed up the forearm.

The details we cut in
Adjustable mock collar
The high neck fastens with a short row of buttons at the throat. Buttoned up, it stands close around the neck. Undone, the collar spreads open over the shoulders.
Dropped shoulder seam
We lowered the shoulder seams past the natural shoulder line to relax the fit through the chest and upper arm. The sleeve joins the body without pulling across the back.
Ribbed trim
Wide ribbed knit finishes the cuffs and bottom hem. The band at the base anchors the body of the sweatshirt so the extra volume sits evenly around the hips.
Washing routine
Machine wash cold with like colours to preserve the deep black tone. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and press with a warm iron if needed.
