We cut this top loose through the torso for an easy hang that does not cling. The fine navy stripe runs lengthwise across the woven polyester base, matched to a split neckline and three-quarter sleeves. It packs down light and resists creasing on long workdays.

The details we cut in
Neckline and placket
We shaped the neckline with a neat band collar that drops straight into an open V-placket. It rests flat against the collarbone without pulling open.
Three-quarter sleeves
The sleeves are cut wide through the arm and end below the elbow. This length stays out of the way at a desk and leaves the wrists free.
Woven polyester cloth
We selected a smooth polyester weave that drapes without clinging or showing through. It holds its shape through regular washings and dries smooth with minimal pressing needed.
Care instructions
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, or by hand in a sink. Lay flat to dry or hang promptly, and do not put this blouse in a tumble dryer.
