We cut this sleeveless vest from deep-pile sherpa fleece with a soft hand and a light, lofted weight. The front fastens with a full button placket down to a straight hem. Generous arm openings allow it to layer over sweaters and long-sleeve shirts without binding through the shoulders.

Sherpa fleece build
The fabric is a high-pile fleece with open texture that traps air while remaining light to wear. The interior face sits smoothly against base layers without catching or dragging.
Button front closure
A neat front placket fastens with tonal buttons from the hem to the collar. You can wear the front fully fastened against cold air or leave it unbuttoned over a heavy knit.
Armhole and shoulder cut
We drafted wide armholes to clear bulky sleeves, hoodies, and flannel shirts. The dropped shoulder line lets the vest rest naturally across the back without bunching under the arms.
Side seam pockets
Deep welt pockets are set into the side seams at hand height. They hold small everyday items and keep the front profile flat and clean when not in use.
