Collar and front placket

A crisp shirt collar frames the neck above a row of securely stitched buttons. The front band lies flat, making it easy to wear fully buttoned or open at the throat.

Pleated chest construction

Vertical pleats run down both sides of the center placket. They introduce extra room through the body so the cotton drapes cleanly without pulling across the chest.

Sleeveless cut and hem

The armholes are bound smoothly to sit flat against the shoulder. We kept the hem straight and clean, cut at a length that works untucked over shorts or tucked into linen trousers.
