We cut this short-sleeve training shirt from a quick-drying stretch knit with a UPF 50+ rating. The body falls loose from the shoulder down past the hips, paired with a curved hem and open side vents. It moves freely without catching or bunching during floor work.

The details we cut in
Vented curved hem
Side slits split the curved hem so the lower edge moves when you bend, stretch, or lunge. The back drops down past the hip line to keep the shirt seated.
Shoulder and sleeve cut
The short sleeves are cut roomy through the armhole. We set the shoulder seams flat to reduce bulk under pack straps or during repeated arm lifts.
Quick dry stretch knit
The fabric is a lightweight synthetic knit with built-in stretch and a UPF 50+ rating. It dries fast, shakes out flat after packing, and resists creasing.
Solid white care
Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with like whites to maintain the clean color. Hang it to dry or tumble dry low without heavy heat.
