We cut this outdoor pullover from a lightweight quick-dry knit with a UPF 50+ rating. The stand collar fastens with a short front zip, and the cuffs extend over the palms with set-in thumb holes. Side pockets sit flush along the lower seams for small essentials on the trail.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Quarter zip collar
The stand collar zips high on the neck and finishes with a soft chin cover over the pull. Unzip it halfway when you want more airflow during long walks.
Sleeve and thumb holes
The sleeves are cut long to meet the wrists without pulling tight across the shoulders. Finished thumb holes keep the cuffs settled over the back of the hands.
Side seam pockets
Two pockets are set directly into the side seams near the hem. They stay flat against the hip when empty and hold lightweight gear without bouncing.
Fabric and wash care
The smooth synthetic weave dries quickly after washing and holds its pale pink tone. Machine wash in cold water with similar colours and hang to dry.
