We cut this quarter-zip pullover from a lightweight, quick-drying knit with a certified UPF 50+ rating. The stand collar covers the neck when pulled shut, while the zipper garage keeps the metal off the chin. It falls straight through the torso with side pockets set flat into the seam.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Collar and quarter zip
The stand collar rises close to the neck and fastens with a short front zipper. A fabric guard covers the zip pull at the top so it rests flat under the chin without catching.
Sleeve and thumbholes
The long sleeves finish with cut-in thumbholes at the cuffs. They anchor the sleeve over the back of the hand while you walk or swing a club, keeping the wrist fully covered.
Fabric and rating
We use a lightweight technical knit dyed in pale sage gray. It dries quickly after rain or washing and carries a certified UPF 50+ rating built directly into the dense weave.
Side seam pockets
Two low-profile pockets sit directly along the side seams. They hold a key or small card flat against the hip without breaking the clean line of the hem.
