  • The store that takes the order handles the payment and sends the parcel. We cut the piece; the order is theirs.
  • If the fit comes out wrong, the return runs through them too, on their window. What we can do about the next size is on when the fit comes out wrong.

We cut this quarter-zip shirt from a dense, quick-drying technical knit rated UPF 50+. The brown and blue plaid is printed across the front, back, and sleeves, broken only by the flatlock seams and front zip. It hangs straight through the torso to sit cleanly over trail shorts or trousers.

  • Colour: Brown Blue Plaid
  • Cut for: Bright sun
  • Sleeve: Long sleeve
  • Where it goes: Trails and open ground

What went into it

The details we cut in

Quarter zip and collar

The nylon front zipper runs into a high stand collar, finished with a fabric chin guard at the top. You can pull it all the way up to cover the neck or drop it low to vent warm air on uphill stretches.

Sleeve and thumbhole

We cut the sleeves long and set integrated thumb loops into the cuffs. The openings hold the fabric down over the back of the hand as you swing your arms, walk with poles, or reach forward.

Side pockets

Slanted pockets sit along the side seams, deep enough to hold keys or a compass without bouncing around. The pocket bags lie flat against the torso so the shirt maintains a clean line when empty.

Fabric and care

The synthetic yarn dries quickly after a wash and holds its UPF 50+ rating over long days outside. Wash it cold on a gentle cycle, skip the fabric softeners, and hang it on a line to dry.
