The details we cut in
Hood and neckline
The attached hood is cut with drawstrings that pull the rim close around the collar. The front placket fastens high to block drafts along the neck.
Drawstring waist
We set an internal drawcord through the waist casing. You can draw it snug to anchor the coat or leave it loose over heavier base layers.
Striped lining
The body is fully lined in a soft striped cotton weave. It adds a clean interior finish, absorbs internal moisture, and slides smoothly over wool or knit sleeves.
Launder and care
Wash by hand or run on a gentle machine cycle in cool water. Hang the coat to dry. Do not iron the shell, as direct heat compromises the waterproof coating.
