We cut this double layer rain jacket from a dense, coated shell and lined the body in striped cotton for a soft interior against base layers. The silhouette sits loose through the shoulders with an internal waist drawcord to pull the middle closer. Caramel brown gives the outer shell a warm, muted earth tone.

The details we cut in
Hood and neckline
The attached hood is cut deep with a front drawstring to gather the opening against wind. The collar zips high up the neck to keep drafts off collarbones.
Waistband and fit
We placed an internal drawstring channel through the waist so you can cinch the middle or leave the jacket hanging straight. The body allows room for midweight sweaters underneath.
Shell and lining
The outer layer uses a quick drying waterproof weave backed by a smooth, striped cotton lining through the torso. This dual layer build adds weight without stiffening the drape.
Pockets and care
Deep front flap pockets sit flat against the lower hips for small trail items. Wash on a gentle cycle or by hand in cold water, hang dry, and do not iron the coated fabric.
