A weather layer cut with a coated outer shell in deep purple and lined with soft striped cotton through the body. We added an attached hood and an internal waist drawstring so you can adjust the hang over underlayers. The fabric sheds light rain and dries fast after pack stowage.

The details we cut in
Double layer build
We cut the exterior from a lightweight coated weave that blocks wind and sheds water, then backed it with a striped cotton lining for comfort against bare arms.
Drawstring waist
The internal cord runs through a stitched channel at the natural waist. Pull it taut to cinch the middle, or leave it loose for a straight boxy fall.
Attached hood
The hood is cut deep to cover the head completely in sudden squalls. Stitched drawcords let you gather the rim close around the face when the wind rises.
Care routine
Machine wash on a gentle cycle or wash by hand in cold water to preserve the outer coating. Hang to dry and do not iron the shell fabric.
