What went into it

The details we cut in

V-neck and raglan cut

The top opens with a simple V-neckline and uses diagonal raglan seams instead of a set-in armhole. This keeps the shoulder flat and gives the short sleeves room to move without binding.

Elastic drawstring waistband

We gathered the waist of the shorts onto a wide elastic channel and ran an adjustable cord through the middle. You can pull the drawcord tight or leave it loose, letting the hem hang straight.

Side slit pockets

Two deep slit pockets sit directly into the side seams of the shorts. They lie flat against the hip when empty and hold small daily carry items without pulling the waistband down on one side.

Wash and care

The fabric handles regular home laundering easily. Machine wash cold with similar purples on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or hang the set on a drying rack to keep the knit soft.
