The details we cut in
Hood and collar
The attached hood is cut deep enough to shed rain away from the face. We threaded a cord through the channel so you can cinch the opening tight against sudden gusts of wind.
Waist and hem
An internal drawstring lets you gather the midsection or leave the coat hanging straight down to the low hem. The extra length covers the hips and upper legs in wet weather.
Pockets and closure
Deep front pockets hold daily items securely beneath protective flaps. The center front fastens all the way to the neck to keep drafts from cutting through the front seam.
Fabric and care
The smooth synthetic shell sheds water and blocks wind, while the striped lining adds light structure. Wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle, and skip the iron to maintain the coating.
