We shaped this tunic with a roomy body and a split neckline that fastens with two slender ties. The lightweight rayon-and-nylon weave mimics the dry, airy feel of linen while resisting hard creases. It falls loosely toward the hip for easy pairing over trousers or shorts.

The details we cut in
Neckline and front ties
A split V-neckline opens the collarbone and closes with self-fabric ties. You can leave them loose for a wider drop or knot them shut to hold the neckline in place.
Puff lantern sleeves
The short sleeves are gathered lightly at the shoulder seam and drawn in above the elbow. That gathers extra volume into a lantern shape that stays off the arm.
Linen-feel striped weave
We chose a blended weave that mimics the dry hand of linen without the heavy stiffness. The vertical apricot and coffee stripe runs straight down the body to keep the line clean.
Washing and care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash to keep the fabric smooth. Line dry in the shade so the rayon stays soft and the front ties keep their shape.
