We cut this hooded pullover with extra room through the chest and dropped shoulders for easy layering. The cotton-blend outer has a substantial hand, while the body and hood are lined in plush sherpa fleece. Ribbed bands finish the cuffs and lower hem to keep the shape tidy.

The details we cut in

Plush sherpa lining

The interior is backed with a dense sherpa fleece layer that traps warmth across the torso and inside the hood. It adds structure to the outer cotton knit without stiffening the garment.

Hood and kangaroo pocket

A generous hood sits flat over the shoulders when down and pulls up cleanly when needed. At the front, we stitched a deep kangaroo pocket that warms the hands and holds small items.

Ribbed cuffs and hem

Wide ribbed knitting at the sleeve cuffs and lower hem creates gentle tension against the loose cut. This keeps the sleeves resting at the wrist and stops the hem from riding up.

Laundering and care

Wash on a gentle machine cycle with similar colors and mild detergent. Skip the bleach to preserve the soft fleece pile, and dry flat or tumble low to maintain the shape.
