We cut this purple pullover with a dense cotton outer knit and back it with thick sherpa fleece through the body. The dropped shoulder and wide torso leave ample room for base layers. Ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem anchor the heavy fabric.

The details we cut in

Sherpa fleece lining

The interior is fully backed with a high-pile plush fleece that traps warm air against the body. It gives the heavy cotton shell extra structure while keeping the inside soft.

Deep kangaroo pocket

We stitch a wide pass-through front pocket across the lower belly. The openings are bar-tacked at the corners to handle the weight of cold hands or small essentials.

Double-layer hood

The hood is cut deep enough to pull forward in wind and lined with the same soft fleece as the body. It sits flat against the back when down without pulling the collar.

Cold wash care

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors to protect the outer knit and keep the fleece lining soft. Skip the bleach and tumble dry on low heat.
