We cut this two-piece set in a soft brown knit blended with Tencel and stretch. The top has a crew neck and raglan long sleeves, while the trousers fall wide through the leg with deep side pockets. White piping runs the length of the raglan seams and down each outer trouser leg.

What went into it

The details we cut in

Crew neck top

The top is patterned with a rounded crew neck and raglan sleeves for easy movement across the shoulders. White contrast piping follows the raglan seam from the neck ribbing down to the cuffs.

Wide-leg split trousers

We gave the trousers a broad, straight cut through the leg. The outer hem features side slits that allow the fabric to fall clean over shoes rather than bunching at the ankle.

Elastic drawstring waist

The waistband holds a wide interior elastic band paired with an adjustable drawcord. Two side pockets are set directly into the seams to hold keys and a phone without adding bulk.

Care and maintenance

Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and hang to dry or tumble dry low. If the knit picks up creases during transit, a quick cold wash and a light iron will restore the drape.
