We cut this two-piece set from a soft, fluid blend with plenty of stretch. The top is built with raglan long sleeves and a banded crew neckline. Below, the trousers fall wide to split hems, finished with inset pockets and an elastic drawstring waist.

The details we cut in
Raglan sleeve top
The sweatshirt is cut with a standard crewneck and diagonal raglan seams that leave the shoulders unconstructed. White piping tracks straight down each sleeve to the cuff.
Wide trouser leg
The pants fall straight from the hips into an open, relaxed leg. We notched the outer hem at each ankle to let the fabric break cleanly over low shoes.
Elastic drawstring waist
A gathered elastic waistband sits flat across the middle and adjusts with a dyed-to-match drawcord. Deep side pockets are set into the side seams for keys and small items.
Fabric and care
The knit has a smooth surface with a supple, medium drape. Machine wash cold with like colours and avoid bleach. A quick press with a warm iron clears any packing creases.
