We cut this two-piece lounge set from a soft, lightweight stretch knit. The short sleeve top has a round neck with an inverted triangle stitch detail and side slits at the hem. Matching shorts sit high with an elastic drawcord waist and deep side pockets.

The details we cut in
Neck and hemline
The crew neckline is finished with an inverted triangle stitch at the center front. We cut side slits into the hem of the top so the fabric falls cleanly over the waistband without bunching.
Shorts waistband
The shorts feature a wide elastic waistband anchored with an adjustable drawcord. It stays flat against the waist while you move, resting high on the hips.
Pocket construction
We set practical slant pockets into the side seams of the shorts. They sit flush against the hip when empty and hold small items securely.
Fabric and care
This lightweight knit has natural give and a smooth drape in solid black. Wash by hand or machine in cold water. Do not bleach, and avoid high iron temperatures.
