We cut this two piece lounge set from a soft, lightweight stretch knit in gray green. The top features a round neckline with a small inverted triangle notch and side slits at the hem. Matching shorts sit high on the waist with an adjustable cord and deep side pockets.

The details we cut in

Neckline and hem

The short sleeve top is built with a round neck set off by a triangular notch at the center. Side slits along the bottom hem give the hemline room to drape easily when you sit.

Drawstring waistband

We gave the shorts a wide, high-rise waistband anchored by an adjustable front tie. The cord lets you tighten the fit without bunching the knit awkwardly around the hips.

Side pocket construction

Two practical pockets are set into the side seams of the shorts. They sit flat against the hip when empty and hold small daily items securely when you move.

Washing and care

Wash this set by hand or machine in cold water with similar tones. Skip the bleach and use a low iron setting if you want to press out storage creases.
