We cut this two-piece lounge set from an air-layer knit that holds its own shape without stiffening. The top has a wide crewneck and dropped shoulders, while the matching trousers fall straight from a high waist with side pockets and a clean white side stripe. The details we cut in

Air-layer knit fabric

The double-faced knit traps air between two smooth surfaces for steady warmth in cool rooms. It has enough substance to drape clean off the hips rather than clinging, with stretch woven right into the yarn.

Dropped-shoulder crew top

We shaped the neckline as a classic banded crew that sits flat against the collarbone. The shoulder seams sit low on the arm to give the long sleeves extra room across the chest and upper back.

Striped wide-leg trousers

The trousers are cut straight through the leg from a high waistband down to a full hem. A flat white stripe runs down the outer seam of each leg to anchor the wide cut.

Pockets and laundry care

Deep slant pockets sit along the side seams of the trousers to hold small items. Machine wash both pieces cold with like colors, tumble dry on low heat, and skip the bleach and dry cleaner.
