We cut these trousers from a structured navy blue crepe that holds its crease through the leg. The waistband sits high and stays flat across the front with set-in belt loops, backed by a hidden elastic insert for give. Front pleats open into a wide, straight hem.

What went into it

The details we cut in

Tailored crepe drape

The woven crepe has enough weight to keep its line without clinging. It carries a low mechanical give rather than knit stretch, so the leg falls straight from the hip down to the wide floor-grazing hem.

Pleats and waistband

Front pleats add room through the lap while keeping the front profile flat. We built the waistband with standard belt loops across the front and concealed an elastic panel into the back tunnel.

Slant side pockets

Deep slant pockets sit along the side seams so they lie flat against the hip when empty. They give you a place for small items without disrupting the tailored side line.

Washing and care

Machine wash cold with like colors to protect the deep navy shade. Hang them by the cuffs or lay them flat to dry so the pressed leg crease stays sharp with minimal pressing.
