We cut these trousers with a high rise and a generous wide leg that falls straight from the hip. The woven crepe holds a crisp crease down the front while remaining fluid through the hem. A flat front waistband preserves the tailored line, backed by hidden elastic for give.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Tailored front pleats
Twin pleats at the high waist release into pressed front creases that run the full length of each leg. Belt loops are stitched along the top band to secure your own leather belt.
Hidden elastic waistband
The front of the waistband sits clean and flat against the body. Along the back, we inserted an enclosed elastic band that expands gently without gathering or interrupting the tailored profile.
Woven crepe fabric
We chose a midweight crepe weave with minimal stretch to maintain the trouser structure throughout the day. It resists heavy rumpling and falls with a steady, substantial drape.
Deep side pockets
Slanted front pockets are set right into the side seams for small items. Wash these trousers cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, then hang or lay them flat to dry.
