We knit this sleeveless sweater vest from a soft blend of cotton and acrylic yarn in pure white. The open crochet stitch keeps the body airy while holding its structure. A defined peplum tier ripples out into a gathered ruffle along the lower hem.

The details we cut in
Crew neck and armholes
The round neckline is finished with a ribbed band that lies flat against the collarbone. Clean armhole edges sit close to the shoulder line so the vest layers neatly over tanks or light blouses.

Hand wash in cold water or run on a gentle machine cycle below thirty degrees. Avoid prolonged soaking, reshape the open stitches while damp, and lay the knit flat to dry in the shade.
