We cut this white cami from a dense four-way stretch knit with a full self-fabric lining for opacity. The square neckline sits level across the chest, and the cropped hem rests just below the waistband. Removable soft pads slip inside the inner layer so the outside remains flat and unmarred by seam lines.

The details we cut in

Square neckline and straps

The front and back necklines are cut square with double-needle topstitching along the edge to hold the flat line. Narrow shoulder straps run straight to the back, where sliders let you adjust the drop of the bust.

Double layer construction

We line the shell with the same stretch knit fabric to keep the white weave fully opaque. The inner layer houses a pair of removable molded pads that can be taken out through small interior side slits.

Flatlock side seams

The side seams are joined with low-profile flatlock stitching so the interior lies smooth against the ribs. A folded band finishes the cropped bottom hem, giving it weight so it stays put tucked or untucked.

Wash and care

Wash on a gentle cycle in a mesh laundry bag to protect the narrow straps and elasticity. Pull the pads before washing if preferred, and line dry out of direct heat to preserve the four-way stretch.
