We knit this pullover in a midweight purple yarn with an open texture across the body. The V-neckline sits flat without rolling, while the gathered sleeve heads add volume through the upper arm before tapering down to fitted cuffs. It hangs straight to the hip without clinging.

What went into it
The details we cut in
V-neckline and collar
The neckline is banded with a fine rib that keeps the shape flat against the collarbone. It dips moderate and wide, leaving space at the throat without pulling open when you bend forward.
Puff sleeves
We gathered the fabric at the shoulder seam to build height and volume down through the arm. The lower sleeve pulls inward at the wrist with a deep ribbed cuff that stays put when pushed up.
Textured knit body
The yarn is looped in an open knit pattern that lets air through while keeping its body. It drops straight down from the armholes to avoid binding across the ribs.
Ribbed hem and care
A wide rib anchors the bottom hem so it sits neatly over trousers or skirts. We suggest hand washing or using a mesh wash bag on a gentle cold cycle to protect the surface from friction.
