We cut this short sleeve polo from a light synthetic knit with an open mesh texture and four-way stretch. The collar lies flat against the neck, framed by a three-button placket. Side seams feature gathered ruching so the body moves freely without pulling tight across the back.

The details we cut in

Collar and placket

A structured knit collar sits over a three-button placket with clean contrast edges. You can fasten it high for a crisp line or leave the buttons open to allow more air through the neckline.

Sleeve and shoulder

We set the short sleeves with an open armhole cut for arm mobility. The shoulder seam sits square on the natural shoulder line, and the hem of the sleeve is finished flat without a binding band.

Ruched side seams

Soft gathers run down both side seams, providing extra ease through the torso. The four-way stretch fabric recovers cleanly as you bend, reach, or twist, keeping the straight hem sitting flat against your trousers or skirt.

Knit care
