We cut this sleeveless layer from lightweight faux shearling with a deep pile that traps warmth without extra bulk under a coat. The body runs straight to a clean hip-length hem, leaving room for shirts and knits beneath. A tall stand collar zips right to the chin.

The details we cut in
Stand collar and zip front
The high mock neck zips straight up to block drafts around the throat. When worn open, the collar lays flat against the shoulders without bunching against your mid-layers.
Faux shearling pile
We chose a soft, lofted fleece that resists pilling across seasons. The texture gives substantial insulation while remaining light enough to sit under heavy rain shells and winter coats.
Zipped waist pockets
Two inset side pockets are finished with secure zip closures to keep small essentials in place while you walk. The pocket bags sit flat inside the fleece lining to avoid bulk.
Wash and care
Wash by hand in cold water or run through the machine on a gentle cycle. Hang the vest to air dry so the high pile maintains its loft and soft hand.
