We cut this two piece set from a rayon jersey blend with generous stretch. The long sleeve top features a crew neckline and soft gathers across the waist, while the matching trousers fall straight and wide through the leg. Deep side pockets and a drawstring waist complete the pair.

The details we cut in

Crew neck and gathered waist

The top is patterned with a neat round neckline and set-in long sleeves. We added small gathers at the waist seam to give the jersey light drape through the torso without excess volume.

Wide leg trouser cut

The trousers run straight from hip to hem with a relaxed, roomy line. A soft elastic waistband adjusts with a self fabric drawstring cord so the rise sits where you want it.

Deep side pockets

Two inset pockets sit along the side seams of the trousers. They are cut flat against the hip to hold small items securely without pulling the outer line out of shape.

Wash and care details

Wash both pieces in cold water on a gentle machine cycle with similar dark tones. Line dry to keep the stretch jersey smooth, and press with a warm iron if needed.
