We cut this tunic from a lightweight knit with crosswise stretch. The crewneck sits flat across the collarbone, accented with a small button row down the center front. Three-quarter sleeves leave the wrists free, and the lower hem falls past the waistband for easy pairing over trousers or skirts.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Crewneck with button front
The rounded neckline rests smoothly against the base of the throat. We set a short vertical placket with small decorative buttons below the band to break up the horizontal stripe pattern across the chest.
Three-quarter sleeve cut
We ended the sleeves midway down the forearm. The cuffs are stitched flat without elastic, allowing airflow and keeping the fabric out of the way during daily tasks.
Knit stripe fabric
The lightweight knit has enough body to drape straight down the torso without clinging. It pulls easily across the back and recovers its shape after movement.
Washing and care
Wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle in cold water. Line dry in the shade to maintain the knit stretch and keep the striped pattern clear.
