The details we cut in

Mock neckline

The collar sits mid-height on the throat to layer under coats or overshirts. We cut the top edge with a small lettuce ruffle that stays flat against the neck.

Ribbed cotton knit

The vertical rib gives the fabric natural crosswise stretch while holding its vertical drop. It breathes easily and keeps its shape through repeated wash cycles without bagging out at the elbows.

Sleeve and hem finish

Both the cuffs and the lower hem repeat the wavy lettuce stitch of the collar. The sleeves run full length to the wrist, cut slim enough to sit smoothly inside sweater arms.

Cold wash care

Wash these tops on a gentle cycle in cold water with like colours. Lay them flat or hang them out of direct heat to preserve the fine elastic ribbing and edge curl.
