We knit this pullover with a textured waffle grid that holds its shape and lets air move through the yarn. The grey knit has a soft hand and a relaxed drape through the torso. We finished it with a classic crew neckline and dropped shoulders so it sits easily under jackets or on its own.

Crew neckline and shoulders
The neck is bound with a neat ribbed band that sits flat against the collarbone. Dropped shoulder seams lower the armhole slightly, leaving room across the upper back and chest.
Waffle knit texture
The small square grid knit gives the fabric a dimensional surface and light loft without bulk. It stretches easily across the body and returns to shape without sagging.
Sleeve and body hem
Long sleeves finish with simple cuffs that push up easily on the forearm. The straight hem falls past the waistband and sits flat over trousers and skirts.
Washing and care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash in cool water. Lay the sweater flat on a drying rack to keep the knit from stretching out of shape. Do not bleach.
