We cut this blouse with an overlapped V-neck and soft front pleating that releases through the body. The three-quarter puff sleeves taper gently below the elbow for easy arm movement. The knit blend carries subtle stretch, draped in a white botanical print that finishes at an unbanded hem.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Neckline and front pleats
An overlapped V-neck shapes the collarbone cleanly without pulling. Beneath it, stitched pleats drop straight down the chest to add fullness through the midsection without excess bulk at the shoulders.
Three-quarter puff sleeve
The sleeve gathers lightly at the shoulder cap, fills through the bicep, and tapers smoothly down the forearm. The three-quarter length stays clear of desks, keyboards, and wash basins.
Knit blend drape
We chose a lightweight jersey knit with added stretch for flexibility across the back. The fabric hangs straight from the pleated yoke, resisting hard creases while remaining breathable in warmer rooms.
Care and maintenance
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or wash by hand to protect the seam stitching and floral print. Lay flat to dry, and press with a low-heat iron if you prefer a crisp front crease.
