We cut this blouse with an overlapped V-neck and a soft pleated front that falls straight to the hip. The three-quarter sleeves gather lightly at the shoulder seam before tapering down the forearm. The knit blend has stretch across the chest and hangs without cling. Dyed in a deep wine red.

The details we cut in
Neckline and front pleats
An overlapped band forms the V-neckline, anchored by small vertical pleats set into the center front. The pleats release gently over the torso to give the fabric room to drape.
Three quarter sleeves
We gathered the sleeve head at the shoulder seam for a mild puff. The cut tapers as it travels down the arm, stopping short of the wrist to stay clear of desks and work surfaces.
Knit drape and weight
The polyester, rayon, and spandex knit carries a smooth face and light body. It moves easily through the shoulders and returns to shape after sitting or bending throughout the day.
Cold wash care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash in cool water. Hang or lay flat to dry, and touch up with a low-heat iron if you want the front pleats crisp.
