We cut this short-sleeve polo with lengthwise princess seams to give the torso clean structure without pulling. The stretch knit dries quickly and sheds packing wrinkles easily. A fold-over collar meets a short quarter zip, while deep side pockets sit flat along the hip seam.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Collar and quarter zip
The polo collar is cut with a clean fold that lies flat against the collarbone. A nylon coil quarter zip lets you adjust the opening, finished inside with a soft facing so the teeth do not rub.
Princess seams and pockets
Lengthwise princess seams run down the front panels to shape the body through the waist. We set two low-profile pockets directly into the side seams so small items ride flat against the hips without pulling the front.
Quick-dry stretch knit
The synthetic knit is lightweight, with enough give to follow a full shoulder turn. The fabric pulls moisture away to dry quickly off the line, resisting creasing when folded into a gym bag.
Curved hem and wash care
The hem curves higher at the sides to sit neatly over shorts or skirts. Machine wash cold with like colors, skip the bleach and iron, and hang the shirt to dry.
