We cut this button-front top with an asymmetrical square neckline that sets it apart from a standard collar. The linen and cotton weave is lightweight with a dry, natural hand. We gave it three-quarter sleeves and a longer hem that falls past the waistband.

The details we cut in
Asymmetrical neckline
We shaped the neckline into an off-center square cut that lies flat across the collarbone. It opens the throat without needing a fold-down collar or a deep notch.
Linen cotton weave
The fabric combines linen and cotton for a light, breathable weight. It has the slight slub texture typical of natural yarns and softens further with regular laundering.
Three-quarter sleeve
We hemmed the sleeves below the elbow to keep the cuffs out of the way while working. The cut is straight through the arm with enough room for easy movement.
Washing and care
Machine wash or hand wash in cold water to preserve the weave. Avoid bleach, hang to dry, and use a warm iron while slightly damp to clear out any packing wrinkles.
