We knit this pullover with a heavy cable stitch and a roomy body that hangs straight from dropped shoulders. The crew neck sits close without binding, and the warm apricot yarn brings out the texture across the chest. It pulls on easily over a base layer.

The details we cut in
Crew neckline
The neck is bound with a thick ribbed band that keeps its circle after washing. It rests flat against the collarbone without pulling tight.
Cable knit structure
We used a heavy gauge acrylic yarn worked into raised cables and alternating rib panels. The weave holds loft and warmth across the torso without feeling stiff.
Sleeve and shoulder cut
The shoulder seam drops past the natural point to loosen the chest. Ribbed cuffs pull the wide long sleeves back in at the wrist so they stay in place.
Care instructions
Hand wash cold or run on a gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the cable stitches. Reshape the knit flat on a towel to dry.
