We cut this tunic with a simple crew neckline and an extended body that sits well below the waist. The knit fabric falls straight through the torso and moves easily. Deep side pockets sit flush along the lower seams, and the sleeves finish with small decorative buttons at each cuff.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Crew neck and shoulder
The round neckline is bound with self-fabric tape so it keeps its shape after regular washing. We set the shoulder seams straight across the top of the arm to give the chest a relaxed, clean drape.
Sleeve and cuff detail
Each long sleeve tapers slightly toward the wrist. We added three decorative buttons along the cuff seam, giving the sleeve edge a neat finish when worn straight or pushed up the forearm.
Tunic length and pockets
The hem drops past the hip line with a gentle curve at the front and back. Side pockets are stitched into the lower side seams, resting flat against the hips without bunching up.
Grey-blue knit care
Wash this piece by hand or on a gentle machine cycle, keeping it separate from dark loads. Hang it on a line or drying rack to dry naturally, and press with a warm iron if needed.
