We knit this pullover in a dense yarn blend that holds its shape and drapes cleanly. The open polo neckline sits flat against the collarbone, balanced by a dropped shoulder seam and horizontal stripes across the body. Ribbed bands finish the cuffs and hem to keep the shape neat.

The details we cut in

Polo neckline

The open V-neck collar is knitted flat so it rests wide at the throat without rolling. It gives the front a tailored line while keeping the neck open and unfastened.

Dropped shoulder seam

We dropped the shoulder seam well past the natural point to create a relaxed hang through the chest and upper arm. The long sleeves narrow into ribbed cuffs.

Dense striped knit

The yarn is spun thick for weight and loft, knitted in broad horizontal bands against the dark gray ground. It hangs straight down through the torso without clinging.

Washing and care

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent and press out excess moisture without wringing. Lay the sweater flat on a dry towel to dry so the knit retains its block.
