What went into it
The details we cut in
Polo notch neckline
The collar lies flat across the back of the neck and opens into an unbuttoned notch. It gives the piece structure without requiring hardware or buttons that might pull on the knit.
Dropped shoulder seam
We set the shoulder seam well below the natural shoulder line. This cut widens the chest and allows the long sleeves to hang straight down to the ribbed cuffs without bunching under the arm.
Ribbed hem and cuffs
The cuffs and lower hem are finished in a tight rib knit that gathers the fabric slightly. It keeps the hem anchored at the hip and stops the wrists from riding up as you move.
Washing and care
Wash this sweater gently by hand in cold water without bleach. Press out excess water without wringing the yarn, then lay it flat on a drying rack so the knit keeps its shape.
