We cut this tunic sweatshirt from a cotton-blend fleece with a soft brushed back. The body falls loose past the hips, anchored by a round crew neck and ribbed cuffs. Functional zippers along the side seams open over a contrast layered hem, letting you adjust the sweep as you move.

The details we cut in
Layered zip hem
Functional metal zippers sit along both lower side seams. When pulled open, they reveal a contrast under-layer hem and give the longline sweep extra room across the hips.
Drop shoulder cut
The shoulder seams fall low off the natural shoulder line. That extra width runs down into a relaxed sleeve finished with a ribbed cuff that stays put at the wrist.
Cotton blend fleece
We chose a cotton and polyester fleece with a smooth outer face and a lofted interior. The knit holds its body without feeling stiff under a heavier cold-weather jacket.
Washing and care
Zip both side vents closed before laundering. Wash on a cold cycle inside a mesh bag to protect the hardware, then hang the sweatshirt on a line to dry.
