We cut this longline crewneck from a cotton-blend fleece with a brushed interior. The body falls past the hips with dropped shoulder seams and functional metal side zippers that open over an inserted layered hem. Ribbing finishes the round neckline and deep cuffs.

The details we cut in
Cotton blend fleece
We chose a cotton and polyester fleece with a smooth outer face and a soft brushed backing. It has enough weight to hold its tunic shape without feeling stiff over base layers.
Dropped shoulder seam
The shoulder seam sits low on the arm to give the chest and sleeves plenty of room. Ribbed cuffs keep the long sleeves gathered neatly at the wrists.
Split zip hem
Functional zippers run up both side seams. Unzipping them eases the lower edge and shows the contrast inner hem insert for a double-layer look.
Cold cycle care
Zip both side closures before washing. Run on a cold machine cycle inside a mesh bag to keep the fleece smooth, then hang to dry.
