We cut this two piece set from a soft, lightweight stretch knit in pale heather grey. The short sleeve top has an inverted triangle stitch below the round neckline and side slits at the hem. Matching shorts rest on an elasticated drawstring waistband and carry side pockets.

The details we cut in

Neckline and shoulder

A rounded crewneck top finished with an inverted triangle stitch detail beneath the collar. The shoulder seam sits square to give the short sleeves an easy drape through the chest.

Split hem top

The hem on the short sleeve shirt is vented at both side seams. These open slits allow the lower edge to fall freely over the waistband without bunching up when you sit.

Drawstring waistband and pockets

The shorts have an elastic waistband adjusted with an integrated fabric drawcord. We set deep side pockets directly into the side seams so the front panels lie flat.

Knit care

Wash the set by hand or in a machine cycle using cold or warm water. Do not use bleach, and avoid high heat if you touch the fabric with an iron.
